I am Desiree’ Thornton, originally from Atlanta, Georgia.
I am a wife to an amazing husband and mother to FIVE wonderful kids who are not only my source of inspiration but also my biggest support system.
As a mother and wife I truly understand the importance of making special events such as baby showers and weddings not only memorable but stress free. In fact, seeing how many memories I can fit into one special day is what I enjoy most about event planning.
Before finishing my bachelors degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University, I coordinated many events for those close to me. From there, family and friends continuously encouraged me to start putting my planning and decorating skills to good use. As a result A.M.E.E. Event Planning was created in 2010 with a vision of providing unique events that result in lasting memories for our clients. My natural gift of event planning coupled with my experience in marketing allows me to create the most memorable and invaluable experiences not only for my clients but for their guests as well.
